URBAN TRAINING

A mix of lakeside running and strength training using urban equipment. This session is designed forparticipants who are used to running for a minimum of 10 minutes without stopping.No equipment required

URBAN FITNESS

A mix of strengthening and stretching exercises to shape the body and mobilize the major musclegroups. This session will be held in the IMD park. You’ll need a towel for floor exercises.Gymstick session is a complete body workout.Each exercise will improve your core strength, balance, posture, coordination, muscle strength andendurance.The class is designed in an interval format encouraging you to put the maximum effort in a shortperiod of time.You’ll feel muscles you forgot you had!

METABOLIC FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

A range of endurance, speed, strength, power, and agility training - using mainly body weight andsmall material. This circuit training with different types of exercises, involves a maximumnumber of muscles to maximize calorie burning and increase metabolic rate during and afterthe workout.
