We believe that the transmission of knowledge allows participants to understand the purpose of the exercises and to integrate the execution technique so that it becomes a reflex in the long term.

Measurements will allow participants to monitor their progress and increase their motivation

The objective measurements at the beginning of each program allow the participants to know their own level for more than 15 fitness & health parameters. This approach will enable participants to set concrete goals and track their progress.


3.Gamification

Challenge always helps to get motivated!

Our playful approach makes efforts enjoyable and encourages participants to push themselves and go beyond their comfort zone in order to make lasting progress through the implementation of personal challenges or challenges between participants. 


4.Follow up

The participants are accompanied throughout the whole program

Our team of experts follows the progress of the participants while providing them with personal advice to improve their posture and practice.


5.Combined approach

Onsite activities & videos combination

The combination of guided sports sessions and online sessions or videos sent via our Wellness Corporate mobile application, allows the participants to obtain long-lasting results while anchoring new “mini-habits”.
