Wellness Lectures

Promote healthy eating!

These workshops aim to be instructive, pragmatic and playful to encourage participants to create good habits and consider this important health factor: a balanced, healthy, diversified and diversified diet.

The topics can be decided together depending on your objectives.

Topics include: Chronobiology principles to improve your sleep, nutritional needs by age, how to eat and drink healthy out of home, the pillars of a balanced day, etc.

Type of sessions

  • Lecture: A theme will be developed, and helpful tips will be shared.

  • Workshop: The nutritionist will give a lecture on a specific subject, followed by a short workshop where participants will create a snack related to the subject.

  • Crash course: The participants will collaborate with the nutritionist to create a menu based on a theme.

  • Mindful Eating: A mindful approach to eating, not focused on cutting calories, but rather on fully enjoying the meal with a sense of awe, to improve self-care, physical and holistic health.

Duration

  • 60 min for the lecture, workshop and crash course.

  • 120 min for the crash course and mindful eating.

Requirement

Maximum number of people: 15

We will need for:

  • Lecture: A room with a beamer

  • Workshop: A room with a table and a sink nearby

  • Crash course: A kitchen

  • Mindful Eating: A buffet with tables followed by a room with a beamer
