Workshop Lunch & Learn: Introductory session explaining the practice & the benefits of mindfulness Meditation. The session will include 21 advices to practice an efficient mindfulness meditation at work.
Training program: Set of 4 to 8 courses of weekly sessions, following the principles of the Mindfulness/Stress Reduction Program, with various topics and types of meditations.
MBSR Meditation training program: Stress reduction technique through meditation. Set of 8 sessions over a maximum of 10/11 weeks. Personal work is requested and regular participation in the group is mandatory
