Online Sessions, a great way to keep fit at home!

Online Sessions

During confinement, many of us found themselves working from home, without having any prepared structure. This situation can easily lead to an increased stress and eventually a burn out. We haven’t been prepared to deal with work, family and house duties at the same time.

Taking some precious minutes for ourselves can be a relief and help us to better navigate through the day.That’s why we created a new online concept to get people motivated and improve their well-being.

Our goal is to integrate a regular practice including sessions ranging from meditation to yoga or physical exercising. By learning simple and effective methods, we can build "Mini habits" that will benefit participants in the long term.
